The Dove Real Beauty campaign had an incredible impact when it appeared on the scene. In that campaign, Dove had an FBI sketch artist draw women both as they described themselves, and as they were described by a person they had just met. The two images showed how differently women viewed themselves – and Dove’s ‘Real Beauty’ campaign was born.
This ad campaign worked so well because it embraced and showcased Dove’s mission – to demonstrate that all women are beautiful and unique. And, of course, they created brand awareness and impact at the same time.

The Wesley Mission Queensland Team came to us during COVID-19. They were keen to support the mental health of Queenslanders through a time when a lot of people were struggling with job loss, inability to see family and other emotional upheavals.
Most importantly, they wanted to open up the conversation. To let people know that talking about your mental health is not only OK, but essential. And that they don’t have to ‘put on a brave face’.
This ad campaign was printed and distributed in doctors’ surgeries, used online on their website and social media platforms and on YouTube. Our background in the creative services and graphic design fields means that we have the ability to pull together the full ad campaign suite – both print and video – and utilise them all to deliver the same powerful message.
It was an exceptional way to change the dialogue around mental health and show their audience that help is there.
The Yoga Partnership Ad Campaign
The Yoga Partnership is an initiative to bring yoga to people who need it the most, but for many reasons don’t have access. It’s been developed to support mental health programs that companies and communities already have in place. The team work with hospitals, not-for-profits, community and treatment centres, to help people feel comfortable and confident, to help relieve pain and build strength and resilience.
When it came to how to create this ad campaign, and bring it to life, it was a labour of love. As a brand new company we helped them to create their identity, develop a strong brand and then use that brand to deliver their important message about yoga, mental health and access for all.
